Global Representatives Attend High Level Training Program

MST last week welcomed its international agents & representatives into their Sydney head office for an intensive training program.

Attendance of representatives from USA, Canada, Chile, China & India participated in a detailed program on the latest products and services offered by MST.

"Our customers at the mines will now have another level of knowledge to assist them in evaluating the performance of our products" stated Darren Koski MST Training Manager. Our agents are now better prepared to provide the service and support that MST aims to deliver.

The training covered our key technologies of:

  • PED through-the-earth emergency and general communication system
  • ImPact WLAN for Underground, taking your 802.11b LAN underground
  • TRACKER Tagging System
  • BlastPED remote blast initiation system
  • VDV Leaky Feeder Radio System
  • ICCL; Integrated Communications Cap Lamp

With the recent launch of our new products, including TRACKER and ICCL, our global team are prepared and excited about the prospects for their local customers. "They will now be able to better train their local sales engineers to provide the field support" stated Mike Koesterer from the MST USA office.
